Holidays can really break some peoples progress especially one's that are spent outside by the pool grilling and drinking. Its okay to enjoy yourself, but try to offset bad decisions with goods or try doing some hiit training prior to going to the labor day party. Remember the key is balance always try to find a balance play to your strength and likes rather than your dislikes.
